  • Have Climbable Objects Like Bbqs Or
  • Rocks Near The PoolFence Been
    Removed?
  • Is The Gap Under The Fence 100mm Or
    Less?

POOL GATE

  • Is The Gate In Good Working Order And Always Kept Shut?
  • Is The Gate Secure And Unable To Be Opened With Force After It Has Latched?
  • Is The Latch More Than 1.5m From The Ground?
  • Is The Gate Self Closing And Self Latching?
  • Is The Gap Between The Gate And The Fence Less Than 100mm?
  • Is The Gate Free From Any Obstruction?

CPR

  • Is There A Current Compliant Cpr Sign Displayed In The Pool Area?
  • Can The Cpr Sign Be Seen From All Areas Of The
  • Swimming Pool For Reference If Needed?
  • Is The Sign At Least 300mm By 300mm In Size?
  • Is The Sign Made From Durable And Weatherproof Material?
  • Does The Sign Contain The Drs Abcd Instructions?
  • Does The Cpr Sign Show The Emergency 000 Number?

AROUND THE POOL

  • DO ALL WINDOWS IN THE POOL AREA HAVE SECURITY SCREENS FTTED?
  • DO PROJECTIONS NEAR THE POOL FENCE LIKE HOSE TAPS OR POWER POINTS HAVE 60 DEGREE COVERS?
  • ARE TREES AND SHRUBS NEAR THE FENCE KEPT TRIMMED SO THEY CANNOT BE USED TO CLIMB?
  • ARE DOWNPIPES AND PATIO POSTS FREE FROM
    CLIMBABLE PROJECTIONS LIKE BOLTS OR BRACKETS?
